La nouvelle version est ici : VLC 0.8.2

VLC 0.7.2 test 1

Et voilà, je parlais hier dans un précédent post de l'évolution de VLC, et que vois-je venir aujourd'hui, la version test 1 de la future version du non moins connu VLC. Petit rappel les versions tests sont des versions en cours de développement et peuvent être bogguées. Alors que propose de bien cette version 0.7.2 test 1 (14,3Mo).

Une nouvelle version test de VLC est diponible au téléchargement. Alors on suit le lien pour télécharger la version 0.7.2 test 3 de VLC

Après trois versions test, la version 0.7.2 est maintenant disponible au téléchargement. Bien sur, je parle de VLC, le player multi-format.
Voici les nouveautés :

La nouvelle version de VLC portera le numéro 0.8.0. Mais avant que la version finale sorte, les développeurs de cette superbe application, nous ont habitués à publier des versions de test. Aujourd'hui, c'est donc la version 0.8.0 test 1 qui est proposé au téléchargement.

En version finale ce jour, VLC porte désormais le numéro 0.80.

Quoi de neuf par rapport à la dernière version "non-test" ?
Toutes les fonctions de la version 0.80 TEST2 annoncées dans le post précédent.

Quoi de neuf ?

En 0.8.2 :
* Many Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger related fixes
* The OpenGL video output is back
* A new audio module that should work more reliable for analog audio output in various configurations.
- Supports multichannel discrete analog output
- Digital audio output requires you to change a preference setting because it
is not yet available in the new module
- Please read the README.MacOSX.rtf file for more information.

En 0.8.1
Le support SSL/TLS, des améliorations du coté de Portaudio, de la gestion des sous-titres, de la détection des fichiers VCD/SVCD, de la sortie encodage avec ffmpeg, etc.

Je vous fait grace des nouveautés spécifiques à d'autres plate-formes que le mac ;-)
